Our day time treatment programs, based in Costa Mesa, CA, offer therapy and treatment programs tailor-made for each of our clients. Flexible IOP & PHP Services
At Breakaway Health, we offer IOP and PHP services for each patient in our day time treatment programs in Orange County. Whether you are joining our programs to improve your mental health or recovery from drug or alcohol addiction, we have the resources and flexibility necessary to make sure you can recover with our family at Breakaway Health.
PHP Programs
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured and intensive mental health treatment program that provides individuals with a level of care after the inpatient portion of treatment. Clients in a PHP receive comprehensive therapeutic support during the 6 hour day program and return home in the evenings, helping them manage their mental health conditions while maintaining some aspects of their daily routine.
IOP Programs
An IOP, or Intensive Outpatient Program, is a structured and comprehensive treatment approach designed to provide individuals with mental health or substance use disorders with therapy and support while allowing them to maintain their daily lives and responsibilities. It typically involves regular therapy sessions and group meetings, offering a middle ground between inpatient and aftercare.
Day Program Schedule
Our day program offers customizable schedules that fit the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring a convenient recovery process at Breakaway Health.
PHP Program
Our day program PHP services take place from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for a total of 30 hours a week in total and focuses on both mental health and substance abuse.
IOP Program
For our day program IOP services, we give clients the flexibility to choose when they get their treatment, allowing for 10.5-17.5 hours a week.
